Wow! I literally felt awful. My body was so tight and stressed, I have had a headache since forever. Helen worked her magic and I now feel so relaxed and my headache has finally gone. She knew all the pressure points and the treatment was amazing.

Helen squeezed me in for a last minute appointment as I came over to visit family, for an eyebrow tidy and tint and eyelash tint and I was not disappointed!!! She even gave me a mini hot stone shoulder and neck massage as she said she could see I had a problem with my shoulder.
I have had a problem with this shoulder for months and it has never felt better!
I would highly recommend Helen and I shall be returning in future visits

Just had my first ever facial and it definitely won't be my last. Lovely lady, very professional and obviously knows her stuff. Came out feeling very comfortable & relaxed. I was recently unwell and then the arthritis in my ankles flared up. I was in a lot of pain for around 2 months. Eventually my dr sent me to minor injuries. I hobbled in and saw a dr who said I had probably sprained my ankle. I hobbled out feeling utterly miserable.

The next day I had a pre booked appointment with Helen. I explained about my ankle. Helen gave me a wonderful warm massage and the massaged my legs and ankle.

When I got up from the couch the pain I had had for more than 2 months had gone …. And has not returned … absolutely amazing

Having neglected my skin for a bit recently I went to Helen for a facial before going away. Everything from the smell of the creams to her professional routine and confident hands felt amazing. I felt like my face was getting a really good massage as well as just being applied with products. The shoulder neck and head massage while a mask was on for 15 minutes was a real bonus (so many others just leave you listening to music!!) and I came out feeling that I’d had treated myself to a 5* service, thanks Helen!

I book with Helen on a regular basis as I enjoy her massages and she always gets rid of any niggly pains or stiffness, on this particular visit as I was in discomfort with pain in my shoulder through to my neck and into my head, I had every confidence Helen would sort it on my visit. Helen did not disappoint, she worked on my painful areas and I can honestly say I could feel the pain subsiding as she massaged me and after an hour I felt wonderful, if I thoroughly recommend Helen, she does have Magic hands and she is such a lovely lady to go with it! Helen is fantastic at her job. She took an in-depth history of the problems I have with my neck and got straight to work on it! After discomfort for many weeks Helen has managed to loosen my neck and I am able to swim comfortably again.
I felt very at ease with Helen who is kind and thoughtful and really wants to help you feel better, which she succeeded in. I will definitely be seeing her on a regular basis!

Helen was recommended by a friend. I suffer with episodes of lumbar back pain and constant neck pain. I had accepted that pain and discomfort were a part of my life. I had randomly tried massages in the past, usually whilst on holiday, hoping that I would find what I was searching for in a massage. I was always disappointed and did not get any relief or even enjoy massages.

And then I met Helen. As soon as she laid hands on me I knew that this was what I had been searching for. She knew where to work on the very tense areas in my neck and back straightaway. I did not suffer any ‘ticklish’ feelings and she was even able to massage my feet! No-one has ever been able to do that for me before. After two treatments so far, I am amazed at how she has released my tight muscles, given me freedom of movement and reducing my pain and discomfort. I also feel totally relaxed and able to enjoy the massage.

Helen is very professional with a very kind disposition. She knows how to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely be continuing with my treatments on a regular basis.
